Three-ply crosswise laminated panels

This panel consists of two top layers with high quality and one intermediate ply to brace the panel. Use it in the furniture industry and for interiors constructions.
This panel has a solid reputation for bending strength and stability.

Field of application

Mainly used for the further processes of interior constructions. This panel can built any variation of cladding of an interior wall or ceiling.
Through the attributes concerning the strength properties and bending strength, this panel is in great demand in use as strengthening of constructions.

Assumptions

  • manufacturing in ÖNORM 3022/3024
  • gluing D4 in EN 204 – water-resitant
  • sandpapering granulation K60
  • silling dried to 8 +/- 2 % HF

Qualities

A

 

Totally caulked jointed surface with sound knots, rare small resin pockets are allowed, tension- and heartwood free, natural knot dowels are allowed when a harmonious general view is given.

 

AB

 

Like the A quality with some more knots but smoothly general view

 

B

 

Totally caulked jointed surface, natural knot dowel, knot holes, heartwood and small resin pockets (max. 5 x 50 mm) are allowed, tension wood will be tolerated

 

C

 

Without quality expectations for indistinguishable panels

 

C+

 

Totally caulked jointed surface, puttying of synthetic resin allowed
